I qualified in 1981 at UCT and have been in private family practice since 1991.

I am passionate about individualised, holistic patient care.
While I fully embrace evidence-based medicine and the latest technological developments, I strongly believe that good listening skills and thorough hands on examination are still the cornerstone of good primary care.

On a personal level, I treasure my family and friendships and love to garden, cook and travel.

I speak fluent English, Afrikaans, German and am presently also studying French.
