EXPERIENCE:
I completed my medical degree at Stellenbosch and spent 2 years as a Medical intern at Karl Bremer Hospital. I was in the Transkei in Eastern Cape for my year of Community Service where I was the only Doctor serving a large rural community working in resource-limited settings. Recently I have been working in various Mediclinic Casualty Units around Cape Town and I have also been involved in the start-up of a new company providing online medical consultations. I have had the opportunity to work as the Flight Doctor for an air ambulance company transporting patients between medical facilities in the Northern Cape.
